The rooms have the basic amenities, but the cleanliness could have been better, although it was not bad. The staff were helpful and arranged the food for us; the property does not have its own restaurant though. The hotel is located along the bylane of a busy street. There did not seem to be a dedicated parking space for the hotel customers. There was some road construction going on as well while we were there. But since we were there only for a day, this was not an issue.

I stayed here 2 nights and it was horrible experience. Disappointed with the service, dirty linen, dirty toilets, tattered bedsheets, cockroaches in the room and bathroom, no restaurant. Felt looted at Hotel Shyam, Veraval.

I spent one night at this hotel in January of this year-2017-and it was a pleasant place to stay.I made the booking by telephone and it was handled very courteously by Vippul.He seemed a pleasant person-and indeed he was,for when I met him at ckeck-in he was extermely kind and helpful.Check-in was handled promptly and the room that I was given was large and very clean.There is no restaurant here but the hotel is across the street from Sagar-a very good restaurant....In the room the air-conditioning worked perfectly and the staff were very attentive....I am very happy to recommend this hotel as a clean and pleasant place to stay in Varaval and gladly give it 10 out of 10.

i going for darshan of mandir.i found very nice hotel in veraval,It's near to bus stop that very useful thing.there very average rent hotel so it's in budget.there were best thing gave in low range of money .room was soo good. staff was nice.food gooo.clean well decorate room be there.

I think its the best hotel at veraval. very good,clean,sophisticated rooms.staffs were helpful,co-operative.they dont have restaurant,they have tie-ups and can bring food for you. Room service is good and location is just opposite of ST Bus stand. Manager was much helpful and always ready to help like person. Trust me the Non-Ac rooms are also quite comfortable and luxurious.... You can book this hotel with confidence...
